When Johnston County Schools in North Carolina made the decision to implement Google Apps for Education, administrators and staff knew they still needed additional protective measures to assure that students were safe using 21st century technology.

Amy Stanley, the district’s Coordinator of Elementary Digital Learning, also understood the importance of enhancing compliance with the Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) and further protecting students from harmful content and images on any of the devices they use.
