Welcome to the Gaggle Blogs Home Page
What are Gaggle Blogs?
Gaggle Blogs are a way that students and educators can interface with the rest of the world.
Gaggle Blogs are filtered for inappropriate words and phrases. All
images are scanned for pornographic content and all URL links are
checked for pornographic content. If any rules are violated, the
offending blog entry will be blocked and sent to the authors administrator email
address pending approval.
About Gaggle
Gaggle is dedicated to providing safe e-mail accounts for students. The tools we provide
allow schools to finally feel secure when giving their students e-mail access.
On the Gaggle Network teachers control what can be written and who can correspond with the
students. Messages with inappropriate words are automatically re-routed to the teacher's account.
This allows the teacher to decide whether or not the student gets to see the message.
In the future Gaggle will provide online tools for the schools of tomorrow. The Gaggle.Net e-mail
service is the first of many learning tools we will offer. We invite you to grow with us as we help
to prepare schools for the virtual classroom of the future.
How do I sign up?
Students can only get Gaggle accounts through their school. Ask your teacher or the computer lab coordinator to sign you up.
If you're an educator interested in providing Gaggle to your students, please click here for our sign up form.
